“Every thing I have read about this place is right! Clean, helpful lady that cleans the place and she also cleans the washers. I have nothing bad to say about this place. And there is one more thing that the staff has done for me that means so much to me. I am a amputee. The lady has come out and took my clothes in washed and dryed them she also has folded my clothes and has taken them back outside to my car.
She has been a angel to me, and she has never asked me for anything.
This place is handicappe friendly!
And I can't say enough good things about the place or about the staff. I only hope her boss knows how special she is, because she treats folks with more than respect”

“I brought my sweatpants to Kita to have a hole patched up, and she did an excellent job. The turnaround time was incredibly fast; I had them back in just two days, and the quality of her work was great, especially for the price. I’m really happy with the results and would definitely go back to her in the future. Highly recommended!”

“They get backed up pretty easily, but they also have insane turn around speed; perfect for when you inevitably forget to dry-clean something and need a quality rush job.”

“I was having issues with the card machine but they ended up helping me having several people help me and it finally came out (there was a card jam) it took a little while due to the Internet being slow. But they gave me my money on the card and dispensed it. So if y'all experience this problem just call the number on the wall the 715 number and they'll assist you and they're very nice about it even though I was a bit rude to them due to stressing out about work. But they still had great customer service with me and I thank them for that, I'll recommend this place even though it is a bit pricey they're still good people? so I'll be coming back.”

“Recently, I've been bringing my laundry here to dry. My dryer has decided it's not going to work like I need it to and the repair man is very busy so in the mean time.... anyway, I don't mind bc for a very affordable price I can dry a large load of laundry in a facility that is almost always clean and tidy. There's this little Mexican lady that tends to the laundry mat. When I first met her I thought she was a little pushy asking me if I needed help and advising me not to overload the dryer. I mean seriously how dare she! Truth is I wasn't in a good mood that day and she was just being helpful in a very mom kind of way. Another time I went in I had washed all of our bedding and one of my quilts kept opening the dryer door. I had run to Food lion with my daughter and while I was gone the attendant moved my blankets around so that they were balanced and my money wasn't wasted ( the time keeps going even if the door is open) When I returned she apologized but I was just thankful. Im sharing my experience bc I read a couple bad reviews that I feel are from the same person. I believe it's the same lady I watched berate the attendant for about 45 mins while she just listened and apologized looking confused as to what the problem was and why there even was one. Sometimes personalities clash and that's OK as long as we, being adults, keep our distance and simply give each other the same respect we expect for ourselves. When I came in this morning to dry a small load of clothes that my daughter just had to have eventhough she has more clothes than a Kardashian lol, the place was in such a bad way. Whoever went there yesterday really needs a lesson on how to act in public. Trash was EVERYWHERE!! Someone even left an entire load of laundry hanging 1/2 in 1/2 out of a dryer partially filling one of the rolling carts. These folks should be ashamed of themselves. As for the laundry attendant, it's ridiculous to accuse someone of racial bias. Whatever your differences you should apologize for not being truthful. Its not OK to try and hurt ppl just bc you don't like them. Oh! Just one more thing! I needed the code to bathroom one time. I had no idea she was in the hospital but still while she was hospitalized she responded quickly and after telling her who I was she gave me the code and was very polite about it all. Kindness goes along way and if you really just want get along maybe find a different place or even better just go when you know an encounter can be avoided. It maybe inconvenient but imagine her inconvenience if she was to lose her job over exaggerated not completely truthful complaints.”

“Clean, plenty of washers and dryers. They have a change machine which takes small bills. There are vending machines for snacks, beverages, and detergents. One thing I didn't like is there are no restrooms, and they don't have large washers and dryers for comforters or larger loads. Also, if you need to add extra quarters to dry for more time, make sure you do it in the first 15 minutes of 48 minute cycle or you'll have to start all over and add $2.50 again.”
