“Got my work truck washed here, and it was amazing. 10/10, they offered to run my truck through the wash 2 times to get my truck clean. Since it's a work truck, it was pretty filthy! They worked there butts off to make sure it shined. Definitely will only be going to this wash if I'm ever back in Jacksonville”

“*UPDATE:I've spoken with John, but declining the refund. As stated, the issues I faced were resolved 2 days after accusing to John. Review being updated to reflect service and facility to 5 stars. Also, John was very attentive and understanding. This speaks volumes about his customer service.Giving 3 out of 5 stars. Would give 5 if issues resolved.If you have your own products as well... pull into the stall and pretreat tires and wheels before even putting in quarters. Recommended that you save at least 1-2 minutes at the end to spray aftermarket wheels again.Low water pressure on pre soak and spot free cleaning is suppose to be low pressure. It's more like misting your car. Foam from the gun sputters out so be careful if you want the triple foam conditioner. I'd recommend against until they fix it. I love detailing cars and noticed that the final wax offered attracts dirt. Seems to be using hard water as now I'll need to clay bar my car since using this facility. Takes about $20 even with moving through at a reasonable pace. MUST DRY CAR THOROUGHLY AFTER. DO NOT DRIVE OFF WITHOUT DOING SO AS IT WILL RESULT IN HARD WATER SPOT ON YOUR VEHICLE. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!*note.. its not a bad facility. Water pressure and triple foam conditioner pressure would eliminate some of the cost incurred. Hopefully, the owner looks at this and look into the hard water issue as well.”
“Use the drive thru touchless, and it's the best one I have been to, and I use a lot of them. I don't use the manual side cause I wash my car at home, but I will take it through touchless for mid washes if I can't get it done. Go here at least once every two weeks. So far, both sides have worked great. Can't complain, and it's never busy when I am there.”
“Also come here and use their membership which is great. The car wash washes my 350z perfectly and leaves no damage after going time and time again. Also, the staff here is amazing especially Chris, my clutch ignition fell off and he helped jump the car and problem shoot why it wouldn’t start. He even went out of his way to bring me zip ties and other supplies to fix the problem. Really recommend this place and can’t beat the membership price. “This is a first rate car wash. I had a difficult time, with the car wash not working properly. I contacted the owner/operator via the phone number listed on the wall. I was contacted within the next 20 minutes, I explained my situation and was given a credit for the next time I came to town. Very clean area, with many vacuums and wash bays. I would recommend this place over the many other car washes with the cloth being drug over your vehicle. Will be back many more times in the future.Service: Vacuuming”
“Best car wash in Jacksonville..! I not only drive the roughly 8 miles one way but I pass several car washes that are less than two miles from my house to get to this one.. You can start the wash for $1.50 and after you add four more quarters it gives you a bonus of I believe four more minutes.. I dont know what the other reviewer is talking about when he states its not working unless he tried using it during the snow and freezing weather we had.. FYI water freezes at 32 degrees..”
“Everything worked well its a clean bay had an ok price.I was there for an hour or better and no one else showed up not sure why ill be comming back in a few months. Theres a Sign that says not to wash with a bucket and sponge...did it anyway also used the system there didnt seem to get clean enough for me. Would like to see them get rid of the sign thay says no hand washing.”
“I just had to give my review of the Auto Brite on Country Club Road in Jacksonville. I hadn't been there for awhile and my car was a mess. Seriously!Anthony was the attendant that finished cleaning my car after it was washed. He really took his time to insure the job was done to perfection. And it WAS perfect! He even had a towel waiting for me so I could wipe my feet prior to getting into the driver's side. I was extremely impressed with Anthony.”
