After a poor experience the day before at a different shop where I walked out after not receiving an oil change and tire rotation after 7 hours despite having an appointment, my patience was pretty low. From the initial introduction, Tyler was nothing but professional, kind, and communicative. He kept me informed throughout the entirety of my stay. He called with some recommendations, and when I informed him that those services had been done at an alternate location, he quickly inputted those services into my vehicle’s file so that way they wouldn’t be recommended every time I came back I was in and out in less than an hour. Go see Tyler for all your service needs.”

Whitney was very professional and gave us an estimate and told us to come back the next day. It was an easy fix. John was great!! We even got a tshirt and hoodie. We also met the owners as we waited. “I’ve been going to LMS for years now, and they have always taken great care of me. It’s a great environment with a friendly, knowledgeable staff and an excellent selection of motorcycles, ATVs/UTVs, on-road and off-road machines, and more. They also have a huge selection of apparel, riding gear, parts, and accessories to actually see and try on in person—easily one of the largest selections in the area.
I recently purchased another motorcycle from them, and the experience was exactly what I’ve come to expect. The entire process was straightforward, comfortable, and never felt pressured. They’ve always been willing to answer questions, help find what I’m looking for, and make sure I’m taken care of before and after the sale.
What really keeps me coming back, though, is the people and the atmosphere. LMS feels like a local motorcycle shop should. Whether I’m there to buy a bike, pick up gear or parts, or just stop in and look around, I’ve always felt welcome.

“Daniel was professional when I came in for a flat tire repair. He got me set up in a timely manner. Nick checked my tire for leaks, checked my valve stem, and rim. They found no leaks or anything wrong with the tire. They were honest and even filled up my tire with air. Some shops would try to sell you something else since you’re already there to generate income but they were super up front and honest which is hit or miss with today’s society.”
“I called them on Wednesday and got an appointment for Friday morning. The inspection was done within an hour, and the repairs were completed shortly after. I had my alternator replaced and my AC recharged. I was back on the road by noon. The staff and mechanics were very friendly. Reviews are accurate. I highly recommend this place!”

“THANKS Chris and Steven and the crew at MTB Western Boulevard. I had a bad valve cover that leaked. The valve cover was hard to locate which extended my truck stay at the shop. The part arrived over a week later and the shop installed it the same day it arrived! Additionally, the oil damaged some electrical components under the hood. All the repair work was done professionally and the prices were reasonable!
I have had my vehicle back for just under a week and everything is PERFECT!!”
“I wish we had found this place sooner! But after 9 years of being in Jacksonville, I’m glad we have! I trust Tina and Allen — which I think is a big deal for an automotive shop where businesses can easily take advantage of clients. I trust that they are keeping our vehicles safe for our family.
I initially reached out to Tina when the dealership in Jacksonville told me our Sienna needed over $6k in work done. I took our van to Allen’s for a second opinion, and after they looked everything over, the van only needed about $600 worth of work. We brought our other vehicle to them the next day to have looked over for an honest opinion. We have been back with both vehicles since and have had great service each time!

“I took my car in, first thing in the morning this past Saturday to beat the crowd in need of pre-holiday repairs. I was greeted right away, and I explained what I needed; new tires, brakes and an oil change. After a few hours passed, I was called back to my car where the mechanic stated that I didn't need brakes and proceeded to tell me that a backing clamp came loose on the front passenger brake pad. He fixed this no charge and they finished up with the tires and oil change. I had budgeted out quite a bit of money to take my car in, and as it turns out, they did it for half of what I was expecting. I am very pleased with the professionalism of Blacks and they have solidified a permanent return customer. (this is not the first time they've exceeded my expectations)
UPDATE: I’ve been using Black’s Tire for years, and this experience is exactly why I keep coming back. After my car ended up in a ditch, I brought it in expecting there was a real possibility of suspension or other damage. They checked everything out, replaced the two front tires, performed the alignment, and got the car driving better than it did before the accident.
What I appreciate most is that they didn’t try to upsell me or tell me I needed a bunch of unnecessary repairs. They found what was actually wrong, fixed it, and charged me a very reasonable price for the work. Since getting the car back, I’ve put it back to work driving and it has been running and driving beautifully.
It’s hard to find a shop you can trust to tell you what you actually need instead of what they can convince you to buy. Black’s has earned that trust from me over the years, and this visit only reinforced it. Great work, fair pricing, and honest service. Highly recommended.”

“As a first time customer I had a potential parasitic drain problem coupled with a AAA battery i purchased . AAA said my battery was good. Bob and his guys took my car tested everything..the charging system is good. The AAA battery was junk with a dead cell. They were quick and efficient and more than reasonable..5 star approval. “Lady upfront was really cool with me. I hesitated to put a review up because i wanted to see how well the repair went. Went to them for an engine swap as i called around and they were the only ones willing to do the job. They even worked with me and held my car through a whole deployment. Really flexible, took a mailed check, were upfront about what needed to be done. Did leakdown tests and offered for me to come in to view said tests. I put another 10k miles on said engine and all ive had to do were change coilpacks, which i neglected to do prior to swapping. Overall great service and customer support. Ive almost never texted a mechanic which is cool to be able to do.”

“If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I am a college student and the owner Kevin is very kind and professional helping me with my car. They stand by their work and every time I bring my car here they take good care of me and explain anything very thoroughly. I stopped going to the actual dealership because I trust the owner much more. The other workers are awesome too and they provide immaculate service. They are very knowledgeable on all cars. Kevin needs a bigger shop because this place is getting very popular. I also live an hour away now and continue to bring my car here because I trust them way more. This rating is definitely just tip of the iceberg. I recommend everyone to come here because they’re honest and GOOD at their work.”
