The store is great. The machine shop is awful they make up problems that don't exist to avoid doing the work. After being called out on it I was told "I just don't want to do it"Go somewhere else!

Great service, friendly staff, and found exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend them for your parts needs in the Jacksonville,NC area. Whatever you are looking for they will search until they locate it for you.

The machine shop is dismal. They take forever to turn around the simplest jobs and the only two workers, an old man and his apprentice, hardly have a brain between them. all i wanted was a block cleaned, honed, and new cam bearings installed.
