The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that inventory, organization, and customer service consistency can vary depending on the visit. A little more attention in those areas would make an already good store even better.

“I had such a genuinely wonderful experience at rue21, and a huge part of that was because of Bri. She was absolutely amazing from the moment I interacted with her. She was incredibly sweet, patient, welcoming, and personable, and you could immediately tell that she genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience.
Bri went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and helped me without ever making me feel rushed or like I was bothering her. She was so patient with all of my questions and took the time to actually listen to what I was looking for.
