“JCPenney exceeded my expectations and made shopping for clothes an enjoyable experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly kind, professional, and had a great sense of humor. They made the experience fun while also taking the time to help me find the right fit.

One thing that really stood out was how helpful the employees were when sizing me for several clothing items. They took the time to make sure everything fit properly, which made shopping much easier and gave me confidence in my purchases. Customer service like that is becoming harder to find, and it definitely deserves recognition.

To top it all off, many of the clothes I was looking at were on clearance, so I was able to pick up some great quality clothing at excellent prices. Great service combined with great deals is always a win.

The store itself was very clean, well organized, and brightly lit, making it easy to browse and shop comfortably. The fitting rooms were clean and readily available, and even the men’s restroom was spotless, which says a lot about how well the store is maintained.

“Love coming to this PX, great staff always very helpful, never any long lines expect when there’s a bunch of Geiger tigers on their Liberty, but if you’re permanent personnel you can go to register 1 and skip them. They always have Rip-It’s in stock and a good choice of alcohol.”

“I live on the road fulltime and use jcp salon so they can keep track of my color etc. I have asking for a more ash tone as I throw so much warmth. I wanted some brightness as well. My stylist was Em and not only did she achieve an ash tone she made me the perfect blonde.
If I lived in the area full-time I would have her as my stylist all the time. She listened to exactly what I wanted which not many other stylists have.
She’s lovely to chat to as well and made sure I was comfortable.

“Everything's good except the pharmacy seems to be overwhelmed if you have more than one script to fill when you call it in be specific and make sure that they fill all of them if not they will fill what they want and when you go to pick it up you'll have to wait about an hour for them to fix what they forgot to do so if your trying to save time I wouldn't recommend”

“My regular place for most items except for meats---theirs are fine and I've had them before , but I personally prefer a place with a meat department..The best feature is not having to travel through other non necessary departments when I only want food items...They do have a small area for other household, pet , pharmacy and auto items but very limited..”

I went in looking at the clothing options I had and I must say that I came across such an amazing employer by the name of Julie. Her personality and hospitality was so pleasing. “It's Walmart, you know what you're getting. This location is well kept and clean. The staff were helpful when I needed a clearance price checked. All items were stocked, did not see any empty areas. We found a couple good clearance deals!”

Small furniture appliances, shoes, clothes, food, medicine hair needs and much much more. I find a lot of these products to be low priced.”
