They delivered our furniture from Okinawa & were kind at first. Fast forward to a month later when I’m trying to file a claim due to the damage left on our home & they are arguing with me! I am appalled at how unprofessional they are. Their management needs to be aware of how their employees are treating customers.

This is absolute fraud. They refuse to tell you when you’re gonna get your stuff delivered. I called them. They hung up on me a few times. It’s horrible BEWARE!!!

They under quote you then charge you 3-4x of the quote. If you use card there is a 5% fee but the remainder must be certified funds or cash. But since they under quote you, you may not have the cash upon delivery.
