When my shipment arrived and was unpacked, I discovered a toilet plunger and brush thrown into a box with no separation or protection to prevent contamination with the rest of the items in it. Their failure to take such a simple precaution during the packing process showed a lack of professionalism, concern, and competence. I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone else.

The absolute WORST company to deal with. When they packed my house it took them 8 hours (I had a one story/was our first house so not a lot in it at all) because one of the movers was on his phone the entire time. They broke a glass and made me clean it up and did not report it or apologize, and once they started getting tired stopped caring about my stuff. Man handled my large pieces of furniture and told me they could probably deliver everything the next day. What a joke that was because it's two weeks later and I haven't gotten a thing. My coordinator for the move has not called me once, so I had to get a different person, and I was guaranteed a delivery date and the NIGHT BEFORE the delivery was supposed to take place someone called me and pretty much said they didn't know why no one told me but it would be delayed another day because another client changed their plans. FINALLY the day it was coming is here and I was told between 1-3 because they wanted to drop someone else's off first and at 4:30 called to ask where they were and they said they were still an hour away. No call. Nothing. The moving coordinator called me to ask how delivery was going and I had to be the one to tell her they weren't even here yet. THE WORST COMPANY/CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT USE THEM. ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE MOVING WITH THE MILITARY.

The worst moving experience we've ever had as a military family and we've moved 7 times in the military. They did not pack an entire closet, cabinet and front porch. When I said they forgot it I was told they cannot fit it in their van yet the crate was only half full. Instead they said they will see if it's possible to come on Monday even though I repeatedly told them we turn our base house in Monday morning and fly out after that. They then took only my rug and said it would not be added to the inventory sheet because we had already signed the sheets but they would take it and put it in their van to be placed in the crate that somehow didn't have room. I am extremely upset and nothing was resolved not even a time they will be here Monday

The worst packing job by far for a Military family that has moved five times. After weeks of getting things organized, my belongings reach their new destination in complete disarray!! Boxes with clothes in them were marked for the dining room, things that were fragile were tossed around and destroyed because they were mislabeled as clothes. My daughters doll house, dressing table, and art table were broken because they were not boxed or wrapped. The hardware to my sons crib is missing so I can't put it together. I have to replace so much stuff and I know they don't care based on the way our things were handled. Their packers worked for two days only 5 hours each day. They were beyond unprofessional, constantly on their phones and not paying attention. The loaders who came to pick up the stuff were so disgruntled with their boss that they began to just throw the stuff on causing even more damage!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I can not say enough good things about this company. In 19 years of moves with the Marine Corps, this was, by far, the easiest. Mary and Jamie were wonderful to deal with in the office, the packers (Trish and Curtis) handled our stuff like it was their own and the driver (Miguel) was supberb on both ends. We highly recommend them and hope to use them again one day of we ever go back to LeJeune.

These movers and storage place broke multiple items of ours and paid us 15% of its value. They ripped us off, not to mention they're unprofessional and will not handle your household goods with care. We will not ever deal with them again and will continue to discourage others from using them. If you're military, ASK TMO FOR A DIFFERENT COMPANY to move your stuff!!! What a headache.
