CVS is a store that many customers praise for excellent customer service and a clean environment. Staff are polite, informative, and helpful, especially in the pharmacy where employees go out of their way to refill prescriptions quickly. Employees are generous, especially in the pharmacy. The pharmacy closes at 13:30 on Sundays, but otherwise the store offers friendly staff and a clean parking lot. Customers enjoy rewards that sometimes cover their orders. Overall, the business treats customers with respect and feels like a place that cares about people, not just scripts.
They usually have helpful and friendly staff, but on my most recent visit I had use the facilities. Ewww. Get with the program and take care of the customers. Someone even segregated staff and customer bathrooms presumably giving customers the broken one. Your in healthcare so make health and safety a higher priority.
