Everyone was so nice from the moment that I walked in until till I left. The employees asked me if I needed help . One employee even help me take my purchases to the car!!!!! So much better than Lowes

Boy….what he heck happened to Home Depot??1. They don’t answer the phone2. After they eventually do answer, they play ping pong with you.I spent 3 + hours to spend $1,000 with Home Depot on a product that sadly no one else had.Simple Solution: LOWES in Jacksonville, NC (GREAT MANAGEMENT AND SERVICE)

Lots of great help in here! The lady in the paint section is so helpful and kind! The store is organized and clean. The garden section is so nice it makes me want to wander through slowly! I do HATE that most of the registers are closed and it is all self checkout.
