I love their coverage and signal strength. 5g at my house in the country. I do live near a state hwy. Just purchased a new iPhone 15 and am happy with the trade. Great service.”

There were about 12 people on the list ahead of me when I walked in, but it seems having a reservation helped because my name was called within 5 minutes of checking in. The equipment exchange took another 5-10 minutes and I was on my way. Terrill helped me out and was friendly and helpful. The key seems to be making that online reservation. If you do that, you’ll save yourself a lot of frustration.”
