“Recently visited the US CELLULAR store on western extention in Jacksonville NC looking to change out our phones. Having been a customer since 2004 we wanted to keep thier services which is even better now that they've merged with T-Mobile.
Once in the store, we were immediately greeted by Anthony, the store manager.
He walked us through many different options and plans and we did upgrade to the s25fe phones.
The phones are great but it was Anthony's personality, knowledge and professionalism that absolutely made the sale complete for us.
I would recommend this US CELLULAR branch office to anyone looking to upgrade or change plans.

Honestly, there are better ways to spend a Saturday than to deal with a phone company. These guys made the dream work in a quick amount of time and saved us money on a family plan through promotions!
