My orders can sometimes be complex and time consuming, yet Julie who runs the printing area is always so patient, thorough, and helpful. Recently, their GM, Jesse, was quick to accommodate anything I asked for regarding a printing job I needed, and took the time to make sure I was satisfied with the services I received. Tracking never updated and I reached out to them because USPS wouldn’t let me file a claim without any tracking information being scanned in to their system. The owners went above and beyond to help me get to the bottom of what happened even though it was no fault of their own. We ended up figuring out what happened and the package was delivered. “I am physically handicapped and cannot walk into any place of business. But once I get to my car from my front door, then I do very well with driving.Today I needed copies made and when I arrived and parked at Postal Annex on Yopp Road in Jacksonville, I immediately called the postal Annex store from my cell phone. Justin answered and .I explained about being handicapped and Justin said "no problem". He came right out to my car window to get the original paper that I wanted 12 copies of. He was back in less than 5 minutes with my copies and a smile on his face. So for me this is the place to go.Marsha Smith”
