“They are always very attentive and helpful. I see Katrina in there all the time and is super nice. I have an injured hand right now and she assisted in suggesting proper shipping containers as well as packaging my items without solicitation. So kind. This place is my go to for mailing.”

“I had a large poster printed for an event. It was a last minute project. The poster looks great, and I was able to pick it up within 24 hours. Much easier than hoping and praying a mail order printing job will make it in time. This was the first time I used Staples to print but I will be using them more going forward.”

2156 Hines Farm Road Suite 33, Jacksonville NC 28540
“They are so easy to work with. I needed a document from the courthouse, and I called them just a few hours before the courthouse closed. They got the document, got it certified, Fed Ex'ed it to me, and I got it the very next morning 300 miles away. There were lots of back-and-forth phone calls, and they were as pleasant and patient as could be. They are life savers!”

“PostalAnnex is a convenient place to handle shipping, packing, mailing, and other everyday postal needs. It is a great alternative when you need more personalized service than you typically get at a large shipping facility. The staff is generally friendly, professional, and helpful. They are willing to assist with packing, shipping options, printing, and other services, making the process straightforward and convenient. The store is usually clean and organized, and having multiple shipping and business services available in one location is a major advantage. The reason I’m giving PostalAnnex four stars instead of five is that pricing and service can vary depending on the location and the specific service you need. A little more consistency would make the experience even better. Overall, PostalAnnex is a solid four star recommendation. Convenient services, helpful employees, and a practical location make it a useful place for mailing and shipping needs.”
