“Shout out to Branden who was so helpful! My shifter in my Yukon went out in the middle of Starbucks drive-thru and I was calling companies to get it towed to my dealership and luckily another company put me on hold for a long time and I ended up calling Jimmys and Branden answered. He was able to tell me what he thought was wrong over the phone and told me he could fix it when he arrived if that was the case. He was quick and fixed it right in the Starbucks drive-thru and got me back up and running. I will forever be grateful for him and his kindness! We still have kind people around, now this is a place I’ll always recommend.”

“Stone Cold Automotive has been the most reasonably priced and reliable shop I have been to in the southern United States. I have taken two vehicles here regularly. I initially came to him with an electrical issue dreading the cost. Through the mess the previous owner left with the PCM, Doug was able to get the major issues fixed quickly with some take-home instructions to replace the housing unit on the PCM myself to save on cost. The last project is a complete drivetrain replacement — I am replacing the transmission, driveshaft, and transfer case. I believe that overall I have invested near $20k into Stone Cold Automotive with vehicle repairs and towing.
The second vehicle, a 2003 GTI 24V VR6 Golf, was a vehicle my family mechanic said he would send back if I sent it to him. Knowing it was going to be a problem car, I took it to Stone Cold Automotive. Working with Doug, we found a cost effective option and did the repairs, including but not limited to an engine replacement, CV axle replacement, and exhaust swap. All in total it came in around $6,000 for all of the work, which is at the low end 45% cheaper than a standard shop.
I don't regret any transactions and fully plan on sending my truck here for any major repairs no matter where I am located in the US.”

“Twice!! Count it TWICE!! These guys have helped me when my car(s) got stranded. Once for a dead alternator and the second for a hydro locked engine. The Tow driver is super friendly and accommodating. He was very kind to me and my son the first go around. The second time he came, still very professional and kind even at 5am. Hands down call these guys !!! Best in town , and the fastest arrival time. I wasn’t waiting hours like EVERY other company quoted me.
