“Godfather Cigars is a solid local cigar shop with a good selection and a welcoming atmosphere. Whether you are an experienced cigar smoker or someone who is just getting into cigars, the shop offers plenty of options to browse and explore.
The selection is one of the biggest strengths. There are a variety of cigars and related products available, making it a convenient place to find something that fits your preferences.
The staff is generally friendly and knowledgeable, and they are willing to help customers who have questions or need recommendations. That kind of personal service is especially valuable in a specialty shop.
The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable, making it a nice place to take your time and look around rather than feeling rushed.
The reason I’m giving Godfather Cigars four stars instead of five is that pricing and product availability can vary, and there is always room for a little more consistency in those areas.
Overall, Godfather Cigars is a solid four star recommendation. Good selection, helpful service, and a welcoming atmosphere make it worth checking out.”

“They have some of the best deals in town. Just the personality of the clerk named Nicole that you have working there. She keeps that’s store looking great. She really needs a raise. It’s really hard to find great employees that care so much about their job.”

“Customer service is one of the things I look for when patronizing a business. And T makes you want to come back and visit again, she’s always helping with a smile and knowledgeable when it comes to any questions you may have.”
“Cali @ Mr. Tobacco near the neighborhood Walmart is real dude and it real knowledgeable about the products they sale. Their prices trump the price of that smoke shop near it. 10/10 shop.. Cali along w/ Maddie make this a real good shop!”
“The guy working was super knowledgeable
That guy could answer and help with any question I asked
Referencing Kaleb as the stellar example of salesmanship”
“Do you guys by chance own the happy smoke official in newport news? I think i was told you have a shop here? Reply: awesome! Im suprised you dont carry 7oh products at that store. Would you be able to get them here? I know you have them in jacksonville.”
“Great stuff other than smoking products they have a wide range of insent sticks and other fun cool looking goodies for around the house, novelty items and more, if you dont want to spend money but want to look at cool stuff to add to you home and smoking wishlist this is a great place to stop by and peek around at. Cashier was great at providing suggestions. Do recommend.”
“Walked in expecting a solid humidor… walked out realizing I found a new go-to spot.
The selection is deep—whether you know exactly what you want or just browsing, there’s something for every level. The lounge is where this place really separates itself. Plenty of space, comfortable seating, and the kind of setup where you can actually relax and enjoy your cigar without feeling rushed.
They’ve got a bar in the back and a bring-your-own vibe that makes it perfect to post up with friends for a few hours. Good cigars, good conversation, no nonsense.
I’ll be back regularly. Easy recommendation.”
“Store always clean and easy to see everything. The girls are very knowledgeable and friendly. This is basically the only place I go to now. Prices are comparable to most other tobacco shops but I definitely like coming in the most.”
“Great store. But will definitely miss the guy who worked there. Don’t know his name but he wore gloves and had dreadlocks. I’m sorry for the family’s loss. I heard he passed away three days ago. Young, polite and helpful. Will miss seeing you there. Prayers for the family c”

“I usually see the old man or the tall youngin. Very nice people. The shorter kid rang me up the other day & had a poor attitude. Was probably stoned. The place smelled of skunk weed.”
“Love this place. Except there's certsin individuals that seem to think they live there or something and are seriously rude. They should be relived of whatever thoughts they have that they are entitled to a certain place in the store over others. Rude!”
“Very nice people almost a daily stop for me a wide variety of products. , if there's something you are looking for, or Are looking for Kratom or tobacco products You can find it all here.”
