“This review is from 6 years ago, July 2020. I don’t know if he still works there but I needed to give a shout out to Marvin N. I just found the little card he gave my family with his name on it otherwise I would have done this forever ago. My mom passed away in 2020 and my family flew in from states away for her funeral. Her death was unexpected and we had a really hard time with it. Marvin and the other employees of this hotel treated my grandparents like gold. Marvin gave us his condolences and treated all of us so well when we were hanging out at the hotel with our family. He was genuine, offered support and was so so sweet. He even got us laughing a few times. My mother would have loved him. It’s been all these years and I’ve never forgotten his kindnesses. I hope he’s doing well and still works for the company!”

“We had a great party experience today at Glo-Mania! My son and his friends had a blast with lazer tag and all of the arcade games. The online reservation process was easy and price was extremely reasonable for the value of the package. The room was set up for us when we arrived and our party host communicated everything we needed to know to keep our party flowing. We had a couple guests arrive late and she graciously delayed our first round of lazer tag so everyone could participate. Our pizza was later than anticipated; but again, this was communicated with us so we could shift gears and let the kids play games for a bit while we waited. The staff was quick to resolve a few issues with the lazer tag guns; and over all were friendly, helpful and kind. Thank you all for a great experience!”

“Rooms are really nice. Full sized fridge and freezer worth an ice maker, dishwasher, toaster, full size microwave, 2 top electric range top, cookware, silverware, coffee maker all in your room. Free laundry and weight room. 60in tv with dvd player. Out side gas grill with propane provided. Charcoal grill also available you must get your own charcoal. They also have a borrow locker ill provide a picture of what's available.”

“I was going to say 3but the young man who helped us made up for their mistake. We through our son birthday their. Party was at 315.the young man got in at 300.had got a party pack. Granted we came 30 minutes early but this young man put up something quickly and problem solved. So the package was taken off since they didn't have the theme. My husband paid. Lack of communication. You owe 144 my husband paid that. They should have given you a receipt. At the end complete. He was happy”
