I tell the girl at the front counter I'd like to talk to someone about refinancing my car. Was told I'd need to schedule an appointment, they could fit me in 4 hours later. Drove a half hour home, waited, drove a half hour back for my appointment only to be told that they don't do car refinancing, only loans at that branch. Bunch of inconsiderate idiots. Too bad they can't be penalized for all their customers time they waste. Honestly considering closing out my account and switching to BB&T.

Can’t get a human on the phone except at call center. I’d rather bury my money in the yard. Very very very frustrating. Wells Fargo you’ve forgotten who pays the bills. Your customers including the small ones. Never Wells Fargo.

Terrible customer service. Do not recommend. No one answers the phone, ever. I’ve called multiple times a day to no avail. Since no one would answer the phone, I took time off work to visit a branch during business hours. I walked into both Jacksonville branches and was refused help because I did not have an appointment. How would I know an appointment is needed if no one answers the phone. So I played the game and made an appointment, took more time off of work to go back for a transaction that took only 20 minutes.Calling customer support is of no help, you need to go into a branch for help. But you better make an appointment first.Every other banking establishment I do business with answers the phone when called, and makes time to help me when I walk in. That is how customer service should be.Wells Fargo, I do not recommend.

The tellers here are super rude! Especially, the girl working the drive thru. They are unsophisticated and cold.

I was extremely pleased with my services and assistance I received today. Both Amber and her manager Christina were extremely professional and patient with in-depth knowledge of all my questions making me feel comfortable and enjoy my banking experience.

For some reason, modern costumer service has taken a dive. Absolutely terrible customer service experience. Rude tone and awful attitude. You have a JOB to serve CUSTOMERS. Have respect, be polite. It’s not hard. I’ve been treated better by police officers.It is surprising that this branch is operating considering the military presence. Save your self the headache and go to Navy Fed or USAA.Advice to the EMPLOYEES: When it’s your time of the moon cycle and the stars are out of wack, avoid engaging with customers.

Worst customer service I have ever received in a Wellsfargo bank. I just went in to get some documents notarized and the banker who “helped” me was rude from the get go. She had the biggest attitude for no reason. Way to ruin my day !If you ever stop here, ask for any other banker that is not Christina. Who knows they might know how to treat people. Because one thing is for sure she doesn’t!

Called the branch, after waiting 10 minutes to get someone to answer the phone, a women by the name of Carissa answered and was the most unpleasant person to deal with. She acted like my call was interfering with her day.

Horrible attitude and terrible customer service. I have been a Wells Fargo member for over 20 years and my parents are 75 years old and have been with Wells Fargo since I was young. The lady who interacted with my dad told him it was going to be a long wait for a 2 minute notary he needed done. I asked her about how long and she said about 30 minutes. Since my dad is 75 and in no rush, he told her no problem and took a seat. Then she says it was going to be more like 45 minutes. My dad again said no problem he’ll wait. The woman rolled her eyes and mumbled something to the other employee she was standing next to. I guess she thought she was being courteous when she brought me a sticky note with the address to a postal annex store and told me that they could do the notary for him there. I told her that he didn’t want to drive anywhere else and that he didn’t have a problem waiting. With a horrible attitude, she continued to say that she was getting ready to open a new account for the guy that was already sitting there and she didn’t have time to do the notary. Needless to say, we left and won’t be going back there ..... ever !!! I don’t know what her position was at the bank , but she definitely needs more training on how to treat customers, especially long time members !! It’s not about being unable to get the notary. It’s about her rude, unnecessary attitude that convinced me to never bank there again.
