I've been with this bank for 13 years. Any problem I have ever had has been taken care of quickly.

Called the branch, after waiting 10 minutes to get someone to answer the phone, a women by the name of Carissa answered and was the most unpleasant person to deal with. She acted like my call was interfering with her day.

worst bank ever no one answers the phone and you can NOT make a appointment on line !!!!!!! they should close the doors as much help as they are
