“I used to come here to wash my own laundry when living in an apparent meant near by and always thought it was great! Now that I have my own washer and dryer I haven’t used the services here again until today. As a working, single mom to three kids, I was so overwhelmed by my laundry and I felt like I would never get caught up and it was stressing me out. I brought three, overflowing bags of laundry in today at noon to use the wash, dry and fold service hopeful that at least the laundry would be one thing checked off of my to do list. This center was PHENOMENAL!! I received at text just before 5 this evening that my laundry was done after being told it could take up to 48 hours!! I am so grateful and extremely pleased with how quick the service was! I spoke to three different employees and each of them were very kind, helpful, and understanding and the two I spoke with when dropping off were very informative considering I had never had anyone do my laundry before and I had lots of questions. And with the service not evening costing $100, it was extremely affordable. I and my children thank you, now I can stop stressing over something as simple as laundry.”

“So I was greeted in the parking lot by an employee who saw how much laundry I had in my car and went inside to grab me a cart. Very helpful! She explained the types of machines available, which was incredibly helpful. They have a change machine if you need quarters and there's plenty of seating. Great set up and clean!”

“I needed an area rug cleaned for my daughter's dorm room. I don't live in the area but my daughter goes to college in High Point so I looked for a Chem-dry cleaner in the area. Chem dry is a very good process and I have always used a Chem-dry contractor for my home in Florida. Asa at AJ Chem-Dry was very helpful with getting this done. He was very responsive and professional. He answered my calls and made this very easy for me. I was able to drop the rug off and he had it cleaned in a few days at a very reasonable price.”

“Very friendly and helpful. I work for a college theater department so i bring in large numbers of garments. They have never lost an item and everything is well cleaned. The last cleaner I used I was questioned if I actually had it cleaned. I have never had that issue since switching. I also bring my own items, including harder to clean things. “The dryers go for 8 mins (I hope they don't drop the time anymore) which is great other places it's 5 mins which means more money. Even though it's quarters it still means alot. The store is clean I can get something to eat and relax while my clothes get done. It gets rowdy at times but the staff is professional and they handle whatever situation pops up well.”

“I always use this laundromat. I stopped going to great stops because most of their machines are broken, but lately Rainbow has had more and more broken ones as well. There are never enough carts. I love the attendant here, she is always so nice so she gets a 5 star for being herself. I will give the actual laundromat 5 when they start to fix and accommodate the amount of customers they have. Thanks!”

“smelled like old Garbage . Trash was all over the floor. food and detergent spills. Trash cans over flowing. Most of the dryer didn't work. The ones that did work A QUARTER=10 MINUTES. Which is good! Quick dry.”
