“A Shauna was helping me today to get 4 letters in. I walked in at 4:20. She said hand me the envelopes so i can help you. I said let me come back tomorrow. She said no come on let me help! With leaving at 4:31 she stayed to help me! She was the most kindest person I have dealt with in a very long time. Especially other places not going to mention! But what an amazing person she was towards me! She went way out of her way to help me! I definitely won’t go to any other post office than this one! I hope she works here a very long time as its rare to get this type of service! Thanks A Shauna for helping me your wonderful!!”

“They are all professional, friendly and efficient. THEY HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH MAIL/PACKAGE delivery. That’s another location. Get the facts straight. Hilltop is a finance station. Your mail is delivered from a CARRIER STATION. Your poor reviews are not relevant for Hilltop unless it involves a window clerk. Thanks”

“I've only lived here less than a year but these guys have been truly amazing. I regularly order things from over seas where they always seem to get the address mixed up or are missing parts that are needed to be delivered and this post office has gone above and beyond to track down my package and deliver it. One lady actually delivered a package to me personally on President's Day! (a federal Holiday for them). They are such a pleasure to talk to on the phone as well and get back to you in a quick and timely manner. Simply the best”
