“Ben and Derrick are awesome! They promptly and courteously helped fix an error with a passport that Guilford County Register of Deeds processed and then refused to help fix! Thank you guys!”

“I've had no problem with this post office but, I gotta give only 4 stars after seeing packages clearly marked fragile being tossed into a bin across the counter”

“Everyone at this location has been extremely helpful for the past 10 years I have been a customer. They even stay open later than the main Post Office location out of consideration for customer convenience”

“A Shauna was helping me today to get 4 letters in. I walked in at 4:20. She said hand me the envelopes so i can help you. I said let me come back tomorrow. She said no come on let me help! With leaving at 4:31 she stayed to help me! She was the most kindest person I have dealt with in a very long time. Especially other places not going to mention! But what an amazing person she was towards me! She went way out of her way to help me! I definitely won’t go to any other post office than this one! I hope she works here a very long time as its rare to get this type of service! Thanks A Shauna for helping me your wonderful!!”

“The low rating is really undeserved. These people are some of the most amazing post office people I have ever met. They have been the most gracious, accommodating, and helpful people I have ever met. It is not usual for government workers to be this good but, they have blown my expectations completely out of the water.Thank you to everyone who works here. ❤️?”

“This is not my normal post office when I was just in the area and dropped off some packages but William is awesome he was trying to make everybody laugh definitely friendly”

4615 W Gate City Blvd, Greensboro NC 27407
“They are all professional, friendly and efficient. THEY HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH MAIL/PACKAGE delivery. That’s another location. Get the facts straight. Hilltop is a finance station. Your mail is delivered from a CARRIER STATION. Your poor reviews are not relevant for Hilltop unless it involves a window clerk. Thanks”

“I want to say a huge thank you to Alicia! She is absolutely amazing. I came in with a bunch of questions and left with everything sorted and a big smile on my face. Alicia is a true professional and was such a huge help to me. We need more people like her — she’s the best!”

“Tracy made this stressful situation with shipping/missing package/potential scamming a lot easier to deal with due to her kind and understanding spirit. From the first interaction on 8/25/26 to today 8/27/26 she has been very helpful when I needed to leave to buy tape for my package, to helping me attempt to hunt down the package and supplying resourceful information to provide the company involved in the issue. I wish there were more kind people like her. I hope she sees this review so she knows how great she is and also her help resolved the issue I encountered!”

“I've always had good experiences with this post office. I bring multiple packages at a time every week, without pre-printed labels. The employees are always friendly and never frustrated that they have to do more work on their part. I can only speak for myself and my experiences though.”

5704 W Market St, Greensboro NC 27409
“This place is so so so busy all the time. I come to use the automatic machine to scan my prepaid already done labels and just got a receipt, which they have only 1 self use machine. It is even busy with people that don't want to wait in the line. I've never understood the counter sales has places for 6 employees, 9 out of 10 times I go here I only see 1 employee working. All good but this location seems like it could use some help. Very good location at West Market and Guilford College, but so busy always.”
