The help you have given me and some of the others before I got to you from the toll free number are a blessing getting my mail situated out of hold mail. The issue with releasing the hold mail was a little mixed up but you didn't stop until you got it flowing for me!. THANK YOU SO MUCH...I APPRECIATE ALL OF YOU!!.”
“I've always had good experiences with this post office. I bring multiple packages at a time every week, without pre-printed labels. The employees are always friendly and never frustrated that they have to do more work on their part. I can only speak for myself and my experiences though.”
“I would like to give a long distance shout out to the staff and in particular to Keba for their patience and going above and beyond locating a package I had shipped from SC. I had inadvertently put the wrong address and then used the package intercept option. The package was delivered to the address that I put on the package, and so I thought the intercept didn't work. But it actually did. I had requested the package be returned to me. So two days later I received a text stating the package was intercepted ...I thought okay it's on its way back. Two hours later a text stated it was delivered to the mailbox in Kernersville, which I thought was wrong. After a phone call (I was very frustrated and not nice) I was told the postmaster was going to do the investigation. I gave the correct address to them (which was also Kernersville).Come to find out it was delivered to the correct address the second time.Keba was very gracious and I need to apologize for my attitude and the way I spoke with her. She helped so much to solve this situation. I wish I could give her 100 stars.Thank you so very much.”
“Nicest postal employees there! Very friendly and welcoming!Please be aware if you look online the time for opening is wrong. They open at 9:00am not 9:30. That wrong info caused me to lose valuable time waiting for opening hours.The Postal Service has reported the incorrect time over a year ago but nothing has changed. Hoping with Googles help to get it corrected.”
“I've only lived here less than a year but these guys have been truly amazing. I regularly order things from over seas where they always seem to get the address mixed up or are missing parts that are needed to be delivered and this post office has gone above and beyond to track down my package and deliver it. One lady actually delivered a package to me personally on President's Day! (a federal Holiday for them). They are such a pleasure to talk to on the phone as well and get back to you in a quick and timely manner. Simply the best”

“I’ve been trying to get my passport for months and have been turned away at my local post office twice. I decided to try the one in Jamestown because they had convenient walk in hours and good ratings. I was in and out at this post office in less than 10 minutes. Derrick was the one helping me and he was great. He answered any questions I had, was fast, and had a great attitude! I wish all post offices were like this one, where they take customer service seriously and are very efficient.”
