This location doesn't harass you such as the Mooresville location. It's no wonder the kannapolis location has a higher rating (per Google review). Terrible management there. “Ralph was absolutely fantastic. He was quick to help us out with our needs for a wheelbarrow. He unlocked three different ones we were interested in and was very patient as we decided.
