I went to this store and the 2 people who speak Spanish are racist and very rude. The first time I was the one who helped me, he was very verbally rude, I almost hit him, but in order not to lower himself to his level, I didn't do anything to him... and the second time I received very bad service and the second person behaved racist... they are a man and a woman, I am not going to go to that store apart from having Latin roots, they give the best thing but what can be done with So many people who do not have education, education comes from home and they leave their parents badly. I imagine that they have not taught them values and respect.

Teal is such a helpful person! I was nervous switching from a carrier I had been with for 20 years. She listened to what I wanted and provided me with all the options and saved me money!! Go see ya girl!

I've been to this location a few times. Each time I've been, the store associates are rude, don't know what they're doing and not providing accurate information. The manager is never there when I go in. She's also lacked in providing her store associates with the proper tools to help us customers when we're there. I will never go to this store again. For it to be a corporate store, it definitely lacks integrity, great store associates and proper education to the customers. This store needs a WHOLE NEW STAFF with a CARING and WELL TRAINED MANAGER.

Wish I could give them 0 stars. I bought a lifetime screen protector. Employee then tried to tell me I bought a Zagg screen protector when I knew I bought an AT&T one. Manager then looked and said it was an AT&T brand but the SKUs didn’t match and I had to pay $8 to buy another one. After all this the employee refused to put it on for me saying that “if it gets bubbles we don’t replace it”. Then handed me some blue template and told me to go to a less “cottony” area without telling where exactly that would be. I would recommend going to the one inside Concord Mills. They actually want to help you and don’t hassle you over anything. This store acted like the last thing they wanted to do was help. I regret even walking in the door.

Fee is very nice and respectful. I would drive 300 miles just to have her serve me.

This is a very bad experience. when we meet some problem and discuss it with one of the staff, she showed impatience and asked us not to stand too close to her and let us stay away from her, which made us feel impolite and unfriendly

The Lady at the entrance could barely use her hands for the extra long fingernails she had. She Was very indifferent to my questions. Somewhat snippy. Will not go back.

The store associates were a great help the issues were with ATT customer service I was in the store over 2 hours trying to upgrade my phone. Issues still were not resolved the store associates tried several avenues but could not complete my upgrade. The store associates were awesome especially Phillip

I came in to look at switching companies and phones. I was met by Fee she was real kind and helpful and helped me throughout the process. Ended up walking out with a new phone and accessories. Great customer service, please come see her.

Stopped in to get a new phone. Associates were very friendly and helpful. I was then told that the store has absolutely no Samsung phones in stock...only Apple products. So much for being a "store"!

Ive had trouble at numerous AT&T stores in the past so i was weary about coming in person to the store but my experience at this specific location was beyond my expectations. Phil W. was such a big help to literally every single need i had and did so in a professional manner. Not only that but he did so quickly! I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. If you were like me and felt uneasy about going into the actual store rather than online then fear no more. They take care of you here.
