Called the shop, spoke with a very professional young man. Upon arrival, the price I was quoted was confirmed within a minute of me getting out of my car, car was on jacks and tires removed in less time than it took to call. In and out in 15 minutes for an installation, mount and balance.”

“Great experience. Needed some specialty car headlights repaired. They took the car in, repaired the headlights by taking the headlights apart, reworking all of the electric components and put them back together. Then they clear coated the headlights and put them back in the car. So thankful they were able to accomplish this. My Honda headlights now look brand new and are outstanding. Highly recommend the shop for any specialty repairs or any work that is needed.”

“I have taken my Volvo XC60 to Clayton for years. I called for an oil change two weeks ago and the lady told me she would call me back with an appointment last week. I never got a call back and then I called back to try again. I was then told that Clayton had retired and it would be at least 2 weeks to get it in. I am at another shop now. SAD!!”

Within 24 hours Alton and Tony had diagnosed my cars issues and orderd the replacement parts and made sure I saw what he did and why they replaced it. “Great local repair shop! Hugo and his son, Hugo Jr., replaced my work van's rear evaporator and expansion valve. The car had just been detailed, too, and was in the same, clean condition as I left it. The work was done in a day, too.
They are a very honest, hard-working family with competitive prices. Hugo Jr. was an extremely nice young man, as well.
Note: make sure to call for drop off and pickup as they don't stay there full time.”

“This place is amazing. For over 10 years these men have helped me over and over. People don't seem to go here much anymore. Mason's has lost its new coat of paint and is ran by good ole boys. They not only work on vehicles, they are also a U-Haul facility.Here's the real deal: Mason's is old. If you are looking for a brand new fancy shiny building, keep on driving. If you're looking for a place that has mechanics that can diagnose and fix your vehicle without having to rely solely only on electrical technology, bring your vehicle here. These are good ole boys. These men have put vehicles together like Legos their entire life. They do not require a computer to be their only source of knowledge. If you need work done and you want it done right , head to Mason's.”
“Great group of mechanics and very knowledgeable. They also have a policy, if they can't fix it they don't charge. If anyone has a German Import vehicle I highly recommend these guys. It is a relief to have finally found a I can trust. Also would like to add something towards some of the negative reviews, a lot of them are Karen an do not know or understand how a shop operates, when working on cars an especially German cars a lot of it is trial an error. They spent days on my car, I am having issues that may not be fixable. They changed parts and even called tech support. Point is they kept trying. My car runs better then it did before even with the unfixable issue. Not only was he honest but he didn't even charge me a dime. He could have.”
