Ricco L arrived very quickly (less than an hour from the service request) and tested the battery which was as we presumed was dead. He had a battery available and quickly replaced it. Up and running and very grateful for the kind courteous service and great communication. Thank you so much, when you are stuck in a tough spot a little bit of kindness goes a long way.”
