I had a scary flashing engine light and Keagan Michael of Auto Zone Store #267 had the most positive and helpful attitude in helping me figure out what the issue was. He was warm and welcoming and explained things in a helpful way and I walked away feeling a little smarter about my car’s issue and confident that it can be easily repaired. Many thanks and lots of kudos to Keagan for being super cool!!

To start it off, I bought a brand new transfer shift case motor online on their website (it said in stock). I got the notification that it was ready and left headed to the store. I got a phone call saying this item was out of stock. So after going back and forth with the man for a few hours later, they had my item at that store. I went picked it up with no issues… when I went to install it (afew days later) on the truck, it did not line up correctly and had to be turned clockwise to sit in the shaft. (I thought that was weird) but kept on. I got it all hooked up and it went from 2H to 4H but wouldn’t shift into 4L. So I called and told them I needed to exchange this. They looked up my phone number and said there was no purchase of this and couldn’t help. (Luckily) I had kept my physical copy of my receipt so I took that up there. The lady still asked me a million questions like I was in the wrong. Also, I couldn’t just swap item for item; I had to issue a refund to my card and repay $200 to get the one I needed. I opened this new one out of the box and it’s lined up perfectly AND has new tags and stickers all over it. So the one I bought “NEW” originally was an old/used returned product that they just resold and listed as new. What a disgrace! I will never shop with AutoZone again. They are trying to rip people off. How shameful.

It would be really helpful if the people working here would be willing to do their job and help customers locate items. Afterall, that IS part of their job. Awful customer service. Will be avoiding this store at all costs.

Chico was definitely a pleasure to work with. The grumpy old man behind the counter - not so much. Stopped because my check engine light was on and the old guy handed me - something to stick into my car. I had no idea where it went or what to do. He advised me that he didn't get into people's cars. You don't have too, as I found out from Chico. He was just too lazy to do it. Find another job - you obviously don't like yours. Attitude is awful too!!!!! Thank heavens for Chico who saved my day. Nice, respectful and knowledgeable. I wouldn't ever go back there again if it weren't for Chico!

Rachel, the assistant manager was absolutely great. I came in there today because I needed help with taking my old battery out of my key fob and replacing it with a new battery that i had previously bought from AutoZone I was in and out within five minutes. Great customer service willing to help quick service

I walked in the store with and bought some engine oil. My right hand was injured and I couldn't use it. I asked for help to put the oil in the engine the manager refused and she told me that they are not allowed to do so. I showed her my swollen right hand and asked her to just have someone to just open the oil cap in the engine for me and she said no. I told her that I have been to this store and received help numerous times. She said " well I'm the manager of this store and I will talk to them about that". I will not be returning to this store
