“I took my computer in to have a major, weeks-long problem fixed, and it was done in just a few hours. After I had paid and taken my computer home to try it out, I ran into another, seemingly unrelated problem that I hadn’t noticed before. Due to my schedule, we had to do trial and error across multiple sessions, but the issue was found (faulty SSD) and I got to buy a replacement, and I wasn’t even charged for labor this time! Anyway, excellent service, both in-person and on the phone, and I recommend this place to anyone needing work done on their computer! Thanks Mike!”
