“Taylor, an associate was so very helpful. She went above and beyond to assist me in finding everything I needed for my new adoption. Her customer service skills were exceptional. Thank you so much.”

“I have never felt so cared for, and our pet was welcomed with opened arms! Tensile our family pet was treated like royalty. His experience was amazing. The staff is amazing, the store, and entire team ran the store like a well oiled machine. Patient, kind, professional, customer care is through the roof I have a new pet center now, and being there today was fun and amazing Petco put fun back into shopping for our pet, and the knowledge of each employee is outstanding Petco Cares about their customers, and their pets, no matter how big, no matter how small That's beautiful to me if quality control for pets, and their family had a face, Petco would be wearing it. If compliance had a face I reckon the store manager would be wearing it because the sign of excellence in management is all over the store!!”
