“Deanna (postmaster) and Brittney (carrier) are wonderful! They go above and beyond to help. A different carrier delivered a package to an address near me, and these ladies made efforts to get the package back. They continued to follow up and follow through. In today’s world when it seems customer service is non-existent, I was highly impressed by their concern and professionalism.

“I just gave one star because you had to buy I would give negative if I could. I was their this morning and for the second time, caught a really bad attitude from the lady at the desk. She was also very rude to a sweet old white lady that walked in but in comes this black lady and she became the nicest person. I called her out on it and she just got more of an attitude, didn't disagree or anything. I'm not a racist person by no means but when someone is so obviously racist towards me, I'll call them out every time. Also, post master acted like it was no issue at all. She must have been racist to.”
“I work down the street so I go here a lot. Every time I’ve went they’ve been kind and fast. In and out. I have experienced frustration from customers but it’s mainly due to them filling things out or having to fix something. It’s no reason to take it out on the workers. I love their self service! Helps out when I am needing stamps past their hours.”
“Great service by Clerk 25! Very detailed and informative about the differences in certified mailing options. He also taped over the clasps on the mailing folders to help protect his fellow mail handlers from getting cut or pricked. Nice job, Clerk 25!”
