“Went in for a passport walk-in and was helped by an excellent woman. Very kind, attentive, and overall pleasant. I didn't get her name, but she made the whole process easy and quick.”

“Deanna (postmaster) and Brittney (carrier) are wonderful! They go above and beyond to help. A different carrier delivered a package to an address near me, and these ladies made efforts to get the package back. They continued to follow up and follow through. In today’s world when it seems customer service is non-existent, I was highly impressed by their concern and professionalism. ~Chelsi”

1027 Gantt St, Faith NC 28041
“Wow. What great customer service I just received here. Other post offices could take a lesson. The attendant was helpful and courteous. I'd almost rather drive over here than use the location closest to my house.”

230 E Ryder Ave, Landis NC 28088
“I just gave one star because you had to buy I would give negative if I could. I was their this morning and for the second time, caught a really bad attitude from the lady at the desk. She was also very rude to a sweet old white lady that walked in but in comes this black lady and she became the nicest person. I called her out on it and she just got more of an attitude, didn't disagree or anything. I'm not a racist person by no means but when someone is so obviously racist towards me, I'll call them out every time. Also, post master acted like it was no issue at all. She must have been racist to.”

“Instead of going to the USPS not even 3 minutes by my house, I drove 30 minutes to come here because this entire team is made of the most friendly and helpful folks ever! Thank you so much to the two gentlemen up front who greeted me with a smile, answered all of my questions, and went above and beyond!”

“The Clerk at the front desk was so nice and kind I will differently go back to this location. I was in Concord, NC with my grandson and had to find a post office. I'm so glad that I chose this one.”
