Always an issue in here, we went to get our new phones and somehow the staff left off the rebate option on our order and now we are out 300 dollars and a old phone we can do nothing with. We called and they stated they could not help us fix the issue without turning our new phone in and turning the old one back on to then re order another phone to get the rebate. So lost 300 dollars because someone did not click the right button and no one is willing to fix it.

Just came to pickup a modem. Employees are just laughing. Doing god knows what on their computers which is more important than customers waiting. It took 30 minutes when there is no line. So you can imagine what will happen when there are more customers.

Toni was truly amazing! She took her time to explain everything perfectly! Her customer service was exceptional! She even stayed after they closed to make sure my daughter’s phone was transferred correctly! I will definitely return again for future spectrum needs. Thank you Toni!

Wait time is as ridiculous as every single review says. However, the reviews I’ve seen are 6 months old so obviously spectrum just doesn’t care. If I wasn’t forced to use this company I would’ve walked out the door a long time ago.

I went to the Kannapolis store in hopes of coming home with a new phone. Sadly they didn’t have what I was looking for in stock but Sonovia gave me her email and assured me she would let me know as soon as the model I was looking for came in. She made good on her word too! Her customer service was excellent even with being the only employee working at the time and having a bunch of of customers waiting she was able to stay calm and helpful while some customers wanted to be upset at the wait time.

I don't enjoy leaving reviews like this. With that being said I got here and we are 13th in line to just swap out equipment. There is only one person working. Do yourself a favor and have your equipment sent to your house. Hope this helps someone save some time.
