“I recently brought a calf in that was in rough shape. They were able to get him in the same morning I called and went above and beyond trying to help it. Dr. Gunner was exceptional, he helped the calf and was very thorough about explaining what he was doing and what I should do to continue treating it. He even took the time to give me hands on training with how to help it. Dr. Gunner and the staff there are great, I would highly recommend them.”

“My dog of 14 years had to be put down, this office staff, Dr Byrd and Dr Duty were amazing. They helped me get him in (he was very large) they were so sympathetic and comforting. The staff were consoling. I was heartbroken, so heart broken that I couldn't speak through the tears. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Attitude, patience, understanding, empathy but most importantly knowing that your pet is a family member and doing a great job as a Vet!”

Our cat Zoey managed to ingest 15 hair ties along with a piece of metal wire. They admitted her right away and performed a major surgery on a weekend. I highly recommend this emergency clinic if your pet is in need. Thanks again for your professionalism and dedicated care to Zoey. We really appreciate you for saving her life... and my daughter and her friends are going to be more vigilant in keeping those ties away from her from now going forward. 😁”

The staff is amazing, the store, and entire team ran the store like a well oiled machine. Patient, kind, professional, customer care is through the roof I have a new pet center now, and being there today was fun and amazing Petco put fun back into shopping for our pet, and the knowledge of each employee is outstanding Petco Cares about their customers, and their pets, no matter how big, no matter how small That's beautiful to me if quality control for pets, and their family had a face, Petco would be wearing it. If compliance had a face I reckon the store manager would be wearing it because the sign of excellence in management is all over the store!!”
