“I did buy they used BMW from this facility. This experience mostly went very well. The assistant that helped me which is Hassen Beshir was outstanding. He is very nice, went out of his way to be helpful and knowledgeable about the car. The car itself is outstanding though it does have an electrical glitch that I am having to get fixed. It is covered by warranty, so that is not a big deal. The trade-in value I received for my vehicle was very good to great. The price for the vehicle I bought was OK to Good. So I was happy in those respects. There were a couple of issues that bother me with the purchase. First off was the staff trying to push thousands and thousands of dollars of service plans and the like on to me when I was finishing the purchase. This facility is not a BMW facility and I don’t know why they were thinking that they were going to do all of the work for this car. I found that to be pushy and honestly a little inappropriate. The other problem that I have is that they do not get your tag sent to you. You have to go to the DMV to pick up your tag that they file for you. And they do not tell you when it will be ready. So I had to go multiple times to the DMV and I was told that it was not ready. I finally got the tag right before the temporary tag wore out. But that took a lot of time and that was completely unnecessary. I have bought multiple vehicles all over the state and in other states and I have never had a place that refused to get the tag mailed to you. I did not like that at all. And I will be hesitant to buy a car from this facility again because of that. But now that it’s all said and done, I am happy with the deal I got, and I’m happy with the car. And again my assistant was outstanding, and none of the problems that I had with this facility are related to him.”
“My first time visiting the Precision Pit Stop (E. Lidell) for service was August 4, 2026. I just dropped in to see if they could replace the oxidized headlights on my vehicle.
The customer service was amazing! The service was quick. I was in and out in 45 minutes. It would've been quicker had I not ran into a self-imposed problem, forgetting to unlock my bank card. At any rate, I was extremely pleased with the customer care and service provided. The price for the service I received was more than reasonable. In my opinion, the price couldn't be beat. Amazing!”
“Navi is the best service ambassador! He’s professional, super friendly, and always goes above and beyond. I can always count on my car being ready exactly when he says it will be.
I also really like this location. They have work station cubicles (great if you need to get some things done while you wait) and a kids’ room, which is a lifesaver when I have my toddler with me. Super convenient and stress-free! Highly recommend.”

Bought a brand-new 2025 Audi S5 here and the experience has been frustrating. My permanent plates were never processed on time, leaving me with an expiring temp tag, and the car was delivered with a misaligned passenger door. For a premium brand, this level of service and quality control is unacceptable.”
“This was my third visit. The first time was for a trunk window replacement, and they recommended a good company. The second time was for a taillight replacement, which they did for free. Today, my car suddenly wouldn't start, so they came to the CVS parking lot, checked it, jump-started it, and watched me drive to the shop. They tightened the connection, which was loose, and fixed it for free. I had an ongoing problem for months that I had been trying to fix elsewhere, but they diagnosed and fixed it all at once. Great workmanship and a great attitude! Thank you so much”

“I walked in to the Buford hwy location very frustrated as I had been to 4 different places looking for a specific oil for my BMW and no one had it. This was my last stop and all I needed was a quart to top off and make my sensor notification go away. “Great experience with Duluth Auto & Body. I hit an object on the road, cracking the bottom of my bumper and damaging the grill. I could either run this through auto insurance or pay out of pocket. Rates are already high enough, so I chose to pay out of pocket. I went to a few larger, more well-known auto body shops, and they all wanted to replace the bumper and charge other diagnostic fees, which was very costly. Duluth Auto & Body was able to patch the bumper and make it look like new! They also detailed the car interior and exterior. The final cost came out under my insurance deductible!
I highly recommend them. They don’t have a shiny new building, but they make up for it in customer service, honesty and craftsmanship.”
