“It's a great gym for any level lifter. You have a great selection of compound lifts and isolation machines for a great work out .Cardio machines are plenty and different kinds as well. Depending on times you go could increase your time there but overall you'll be in good shape for most things. VERY clean gym and organized with plenty of cleaning supplies.”
