“I have done a review for the Kernersville CVS before but I just can't say enough how awesome I think the employee's both in the pharmacy and at the front of the store are. There are a few that aren't as personalized, friendly & interactive with customers but they are professional. There are maybe 2-3 that I have had interactions with that rubbed me the wrong way but everyone is different and you just aren't going to jive with everyone in life. Adam in the pharmacy, I always hope that he is working with I pick up my prescriptions. Super nice, friendly and takes time and care to listen and respond to you. Also a lady that works upfront that dyes her hair various different colors. Love interacting with her and she is so helpful whether you are looking for something in the store or questions about the CVS app. 1105 South Main Street Kernersville NC YALL ROCK!”
“The lady working this morning was nice. The place was clean. Bathrooms were in order. Had plenty of options for drinks and snacks. My son headed straight to the slushies! The lady was making fresh coffee which my husband enjoyed. They also had some hot sandwiches and pizza. Place was clean outside and around pumps. It was a nice quick stop for gas and snacks on our way.”

“Almost none of their air pumps for tires was working so Justin and another team member came out in the freezing cold rain and helped me find one that was working! Justin even gave me and my boyfriend coupons as a sorry! I feel bad I came across as mean to one of the other workers, so sorry! Thank you Justin and the other two who helped out!”
“Great place to find new flavors of sodas such as mtn.dew, Dr.pepper, and coca cola. They also have awesome donuts! Their pizza is a little expensive for what you get. The employees are often kind.”
“To start with, the chicken and potato wedges are among the best available anywhere with bigger pieces than the colonel! Then to work with Meagan i believe, takes it to another level. If you can explain to her what your situation is, time restraints, # you are feeding, her dedication and expertise take it from there. “Hands down, best gas station. Been to others that compete like Wawa, Buc-ees, Loves and they are all great but Sheetz definitely put a fork in them with their 24 hours service and variety of food that can be ordered and deals available through their rewardz.”
“This was like every sheets you've ever been to. I love that they have a few healthier options. This is where we stop when we are in smaller towns in NC and SC when we are hungry but don't want fast food. They always have some fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs...things to hold you over. The gas is usually decent for whatever area they are in and my husband has had a few of their fresh made sandwiches and thought they were decent.”
“I stopped for gas and a couple of small things on my way to a Labor Day cookout. Pump 3 was sort of stuck so I went inside for help. Paula had three people waiting in line, still acknowledged me as she was helping another customer. She helped me with the pump issue and then came outside after the other customer were gone (there at least another employee in the store) to make sure I was able to get it working. Her customer service skills are outstanding and I think she needs a raise!!”

“This gas station honestly feels like something you don’t find much anymore. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a smile and a genuine “hello,” and that goes a long way.
Kim, the store manager, runs a great place. You can tell she cares about the store and the people who come through it. During the day, Maria and Miss Elena are always so kind, welcoming, and on point. They make every visit feel easy and pleasant, no matter how busy it is.
Even at night, the guy’s working The Night Shift. Same positive attitude, same respect, same consistency. That’s rare.
It really has that old neighborhood store feeling where people actually acknowledge you and treat you like more than just another customer. Clean, well-run, and full of good energy.”
“Adam at the Kernersville CVS pharmacy is incredibly kind and helpful. I spent most of the morning on the phone pulling irrelevant information out of different insurance folks, and Adam told me exactly what I needed, got my new insurance on file quickly, and changed the quantity of my prescription to fit with my insurance. This saved me about 95$. If anyone deserves a raise, it’s this man. Thanks Adam!”
“Had a terrible experience down the street at Sheetz with bad attitudes and poor service. Came in here and was completely amazed, 100% turnaround. Nice people. Clean store. And dude even brightened my day with a cup of coffee to make up for the terrible attitude at sheetz. Don't go to sheetz. Come here to Quality Mart they will take care of you.”

“I wish people would know what they were talking about before posting a NEGATIVE review about this location. Yes the fountain machine is down right now but that's not the fault of management. That's a maintenance issue that is out of the control of management. If they could fix it themselves it would have been already. Love this store!”

“I just need to say that the service I just received at the 711 location was superb!!! we have a lot of snow and ice everywhere after a major winter storm and my window was completely salted over. There was no washer fluid in the window washing stations on the garbage cans and I explained my desperation to the front counter people Lexi came out and actually cleaned my window off for me in this very cold weather now I can be safe and see how my window Lexi really deserves some type of praise for this level of service.”

“I am very happy with CVS. I purchased a box of Russell Stovers and many of the pieces tasted stale. CVS allowed me to exchange the box for a different box. The 2nd box I received was fine. I would recommend CVS. The people who worked there were very professional and helpful.”
“I don't know why they have a 2 star rating. My experience with their pharmacist was 5 star. I have talked with four pharmacies about my Trulicity. Even though she could not fill my order, she provided the most accurate information of anyone I spoke to. She was also kind and courteous.”

“May not have the largest selection in the world, but prices are reasonable, the bathroom was clean, and the customer service is immaculate, kind, bright smiles (and the smile was also with the eyes) willing to strike up a full conversation, all around a good experience, whenever in the area I will definitely be coming back”
