Goodwill Store and Donation Center is a nonprofit store selling donated clothing, home goods, furniture, books, and more. The store is well-maintained, nice, and clean, with items constantly changing. Many find great deals, including kid's clothing and never-used items with original tags. Book prices are often cheap. However, some customers feel everything is ridiculously overpriced. The staff is generally friendly. Some shoppers note a need to watch the register to ensure correct pricing. Good finds for household items and clothing. They do sell some new items but the prices on those are expensive and too close to retail to be considered a bargain.

The Goodwill in Kernersville has a good variety of items and is organized well. They no longer offer bags for your purchases though.
