“I previously left a poor review but I can now see this store has improved dramatically under the current management. I was greeted by Brandon which told me where to find lawnmower blades. While leaving, he asked did I find it, I said yes but a competitor had a lower price. He took me to customer service and they gave me that price. Customer service, at returns, was fast and the manager approved this with a smile. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMER AND EVERYTHING ELSE WILL TAKE CARE OF ITSELF. GOOD JOB Lowes team Kernesville!”

“I have been driving by this place for years and have never stopped. I finally did. These things are awesome! If I was rich I'd buy them all and have the greatest backyard ever. Really liked the Yeti!”

“My go to spot about 3 times a week. 90% of the time they have something I need. The employees are pretty helpful. But it can take awhile to get cages open if you need tools or other locked up things.”

“I had a complicated issue with an order I placed, and a Pro desk associate named Todd was extremely kind, courteous and professional in helping me resolve it in the exact way I was hoping for. This Lowes, and the associates here, have been consistently attentive and helpful, and this was next level service. Has made the process of moving into our new house that much easier. Thank you, Todd!”
