I booked an appointment at 7:00pm on October 10 to return equipment. I arrived around 6:40 and found the doors locked, but Spectrum reps still present inside. I got one of them to come to the door. He pointed out a printed sheet taped to the store with temporary store hours, with closing at 6pm. I told the rep that I had a confirmed appointment for 7:00 and really needed to return the equipment because we were on our way out of town, headed to Florida. He refused to take the equipment, saying their systems were already shut down for the day. He went on to say that, yes, they're aware of the fact that the reservation system allows booking after closing time!!
Two complaints: (1) If this is a known problem, work it up the organizational ladder so that customers don't continue to have this problem--don't say this bug is not your problem. (2) At least once in the past when I've gone to return equipment, the Spectrum system was down, but the agent that day offered to take the equipment for official return the next day, and wrote me a note providing evidence of that promise.

Had an appointment at 4:40- only had to wait around 10-15 minutes to get seen amongst walk-ins. Nikole was great, patient, and had an awesome positive personality. They close at 6 but stayed open 20 minutes later so i was able to walk out of the store with a phone same-day. Thank you all! Your hard work doesn't go unappreciated!

If you like to be told your phone losing all cell network signal is the "motherboard going bad because Samsung released their new phones" and you need to buy a new phone (23ultra worked fine w Verizon until I switched), then this is the perfect place for you to visit! Amateur hour in that place

We went into the Kernersville store, Alex the store manager assisted us. He was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in assisting us with transferring our two mobile phones over to Spectrum.

After being talking with a person in there to buy a pixel 8 pro by phone and they say the can't do it by phone I drove from Greensboro to Kernersville just to discover they sold it before I got in there then everyone start laughing cause which is not just messed up but also unprofessional I don't like to give this kind of reviews but come on guys non of the stores from spectrum have good ones and this is why I guess

This company thinks that paying almost $100 per month for mediocre internet (300mbps) service is perfectly acceptable. They take advantage of the fact that some areas have limited options. Limited options are by design to limit competition. Spectrum is a subsidiary of Charter Communications that had $56 billion in revenue in 2023, $15 billion in cash in 2023, and gave $4.6 billion to shareholders in 2023. Just another example of corporate greed.

We would like to thank Christopher Richardson for his valuable assistance in purchasing a new phone. He was patient, friendly, extremely polite and we are so happy he assisted us. He was approachable and had such a positive attitude….an asset for any business. He should get a raise.
