They nearly always have the parts that I need or they get it within 24 hours and their prices are very competitive. I can't say enough good things about them. I understand that they have a great rep with local mechanics as well.”

“While on vacation in OBX I stupidly knocked the driver's side mirror of the van I was driving. I went to Bayside in a little bit of panic about driving 6+ hours how without a mirror. While they weren't able to get the mirror before I was to leave. They were polite, professional and helpful. They suggested I go to autozone for duck tape and a generic mirror to put it back enough to get the van home safely. I felt their estimate was very reasonable and I would have had confidence they would have done a great job with the repair. The office and the bit of the shop I could see from outside was very clean!!”
