“Routine maintenance service at Boyd Chevrolet on my 2024 GMC Sierra. Appt was made by phone with Bob for 11 am and we dropped the truck at 830am. Oil change, filter, tire rotation and NC State inspection were performed. Boyd has a nice texting application that tracks your vehicle as it moves through the service functions and communicates when vehicle is ready. The truck was ready before our initial appointment time. Everything seems good the tech Sean put 38PSI in each tire as requested. Excellent service! Thank you Bob, Sean and Boyd Chevrolet!”

“While on vacation in OBX I stupidly knocked the driver's side mirror of the van I was driving. I went to Bayside in a little bit of panic about driving 6+ hours how without a mirror. While they weren't able to get the mirror before I was to leave. They were polite, professional and helpful. They suggested I go to autozone for duck tape and a generic mirror to put it back enough to get the van home safely. I felt their estimate was very reasonable and I would have had confidence they would have done a great job with the repair. The office and the bit of the shop I could see from outside was very clean!!”
