It was obvious just by looking (and touching of course) that these are good quality. There was quite a variety to choose from and the woman who helped me was friendly, helpful and patient through all my questions. I purchased my new hammock (moss green) and they delay shipped it so it would arrive a couple days after I returned home. Next plan to purchase a cushion for my hammock & was able to take one of their catalogs home with me for later reference. Cannot wait to use it!”

The level of customer service has been unbelievable. She has installed things for me personally when I am away and does mock ups of ideas she has. Every email, text or call is returned promptly. I cannot say enough positive things. We also ordered some pieces from a national retailer with a store in our home town. Every aspect of our customer service experience has been poor because of their supply chain issues and the disconnect between the store and the 3rd party delivery service. I still haven’t sorted out the problems months after pieces were promised to us. If you are buying a home in OBX do yourself a favor and use a local company like Exotic Home to give you the service you deserve.”
