We wanted to write this note to let all concerned know how ecstatic we are with both the windows and especially, the installers. Rick Agudelo and Ronnie Merrell showed up at the scheduled time. They installed the windows in far less time than we expected. Rick and Ronnie went out of their way to explain what they were doing, why they were doing it and what we need to do to properly operate the windows. We can’t emphasize enough how skilled, professional and personable both of these men are. In our opinion, Kellogg is lucky to have them. What a pleasant experience this project was. I totally recommend Kellogg for this window work.

“I was staying in Cape Hatteras for vacation when I accidentally broke a bath vanity. After dealing with the property management, I contacted the plumbing department and spoke to Keith and explained the situation. He went out of his way to accommodate me to purchase an item that was showing out of stock on the Lowe's website. After another phone call was made, I was able to have the item placed on hold for me, which is not normally done. I arrived at the store the following day and with help from Jim, I was able to retrieve the product and make the purchase.
