“I was staying in Cape Hatteras for vacation when I accidentally broke a bath vanity. After dealing with the property management, I contacted the plumbing department and spoke to Keith and explained the situation. He went out of his way to accommodate me to purchase an item that was showing out of stock on the Lowe's website. After another phone call was made, I was able to have the item placed on hold for me, which is not normally done. I arrived at the store the following day and with help from Jim, I was able to retrieve the product and make the purchase. Many thanks go out to both gentlemen for their outstanding service and patience with my issue.”
