“This Verizon store was very busy and had only 1 rep working for about the first 11/2 hours I was there waiting . A new employee finally came in, he was very helpful and patient but had to keep asking other rep questions. I ended up getting a new phone after many attempts to fix mine. The whole process took 4 hrs , maybe longer. There should be more reps present at any given store with high volume. I have to admit that the employees were very friendly and patient.”

“I just want to say ty to Kevin and to Ruby at the KDH location. I came in in total crisis mode and Kevin's calming energy helped me so much and helped me get an affordable phone option and changed the trajectory of more than just my day. A plus to this cre and I highly recommend.”

“Went there to buy a new phone and have a business phone number transfered to my personal phone. Ended up being a very complicated process that took close to 2 hours. Sales associate Isaiah went above and beyond to get us through what would have been a nightmare for us to do on our own. I greatly appreciate his help, and will only go to that location in the future. The rest of the staff was responsive as well. Very good experience there.”

“I’ve found that the AT&T Store is a very reliable stop whenever I need assistance with my wireless service while traveling. The staff is consistently knowledgeable and helpful, making it easy to resolve any account questions or pick up new accessories quickly. The stores are always well-organized, and I appreciate the professional and efficient service I receive every time I walk in.”

“My husband and I were in the store about a month ago and had a great experience working with Shelby Bond. We had a complicated transaction involving switching services, buying new devices, and bundling products to reduce costs. Ms. Bond handled everything professionally and pleasantly. Very happy with the service we received. I would recommend getting an appointment before hand though, as the store does get very busy.”
