Everyone on Hatteras Island knows the struggles we have had with Verizon (and carriers using their tower on HI) and the difficulties poor service create when trying to reach friends, family or run a business. After a month of being in and out of SOS mode (on Verizon) MY WHOLE FAMILY JUST SWITCHED TO T-MOBILE! The service has worked well so far, the bill is less than half and we received 4 new phones, 2 new watches and home internet (trial will start when the equipment arrives, so I cannot speak to the home internet speed just yet)!
If you are tired of not having service on Hatteras Island, make the switch. Even if you like your current service, you may find T-mobile to be more cost affective!”
“Gavin was incredible we came in a little late but he still gladly took the time to help me add a new line for my girlfriend & got her the pink iPhone 16 she wanted. Usually visits to Verizon can be a drag but this was one of my best visits to date! Definitely recommend visiting the southern shores location and speak with Gavin if he is available !”
