The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and diligent. Tapanga Miller knows her stuff and is helpful with transactions. Julian and Ifriam were amazing, helping to remove a virus from a phone. Lex walked a customer through everything and was incredibly helpful. Kayla got a customer back into their iPhone in 30 seconds, providing five star service. Tapanga and Alexis were helpful, friendly, and quick. Customers recommend visiting this location for friendly and awesome service, especially if tired of poor service on Hatteras Island.

I just want to say ty to Kevin and to Ruby at the KDH location. I came in in total crisis mode and Kevin's calming energy helped me so much and helped me get an affordable phone option and changed the trajectory of more than just my day. A plus to this cre and I highly recommend.
