“Great store!Had a few bumbs in the road getting our new appliance package BUT after a call and chat with their new manager Charles everything was straightened out easily and quickly!Charles was on it and took the time to handle our issues personally. I had to go back into the store to pick up some paperwork that we did not receive. He had just walked out the door for lunch when I arrived. The store employee had to call him to ask a question about what I was supposed to receive and he stopped and came back inside the store to talk with me himself.Very impressed by that! I worked in car sales at three major dealerships and know all about customer service and satisfaction! I could not be happier with how this situation turned out and would recommend Badcock in King to anyone that is in need of items for your home!Thanks again Charles and the Badcock company for making people’s lives easier and providing a much needed service in our community with no hassle financing.”

“Good Home Depot. Doesn’t have quite as much stock as the Hanes Mall location but still good. This location also has a theft issue. Make sure to lock up your vehicle and tool boxes in the parking lot. Not the store’s fault but so other customers are aware.”
