“We unfortunately had a problem with the washer we purchased a few years ago. Fortunately since we purchased from Wagner Appliance and our washer was still under warranty we knew who to call. They got approval for the warranty work quickly, diagnosed the issue, and with only a few days’ wait for the necessary part had our washer working well again. Communication was clear throughout the process. Highly recommend this great local business.”

“Love this place! Been a customer nearly the entire time they’ve been located there by Lowe’s/Home Depot. Bought every vacuum and buffer system I own at this store (all but one) and take them all there for service. Every product and service is above expectations, and the time and attention they bring to every customer is with presence, clarity, completion and follow up that delivers value beyond what any other store or shop has provided me in the past. They are honest, forthright and care about the best results, and that is way above par in this day and age imho! The folks who run and serve there are just good and true, and that is the type of people everyone needs in their lives! Highly recommend, greatly appreciate them and endorse them without a shadow of a doubt! After all these years…. They stay and remain true and top notch! Thank you all so much!”

“You can’t go anywhere these days and get someone who genuinely wants to help you, but if you come here you’ll find all the help you need and guys that are knowledgeable and anxious to help! I’m not a plumber and barley know anything about plumbing, but I came into the store today not knowing what I needed. The guys went out of there way to figure out how I could get the job done. Thanks for helping me and will definitely be back for anything related to plumbing!”

“Nice store and very organized. Employees were nice and helpful. I got a practically new office chair for $20. Some of the furniture seemed high price. But it was very nice furniture that probably was very expensive when purchased new. Some nice antique furniture was there. Every thing I saw was lightly used and taken care of.”

“OH JOHNSTONE CREW! Every time I walk through the door, I’m greeted with friendly faces, great attitudes, & people who actually know what they’re doing. Whether I need help tracking something down, have a million questions, or I’m in full-on HVAC chaos mode 😂 — they always come through! Having a good supply house makes a HUGE difference in this industry, & I’m seriously grateful to have such an awesome crew in our corner. ❤ **10/10 would recommend!** Keep doing what you’re doing, y’all — you make the HVAC life a whole lot easier! 🔧”
