“It's Home Depot, if you have been to one you have been to all of them. Everyone is always very friendly, especially at this location. Although with its size it can be hard to find someone to help (I can only imagine the overhead expense it would take to fully staff). I do wish the front "aisles" were better marked with aisle and bay numbers. I prefer Home Depot to Lowes for most things!”

“I had an opportunity to visit Ferguson's recently while shopping for a new dual shower head. It's not something that is in my wheelhouse and I was overwhelmed with the choices. Luckily for me, Jessica, the Ferguson showroom CSR, was there! She was helpful, friendly, and above it all answered my questions concerning compatibility with our current shower, availability, pricing, etc without making me feel that my questions were stupid. She is definitely an asset to Ferguson's and to all of their customers! Thank you Jessica!”
