“I was surprised when I walked in.
It was so clean and organized. I didn't like how dimmed the lights were. The staff was very helpful. My only complaint would be the seven way that I bought didn't even make it home. The lid was extremely loose . It spilled out in my car. I had to Re-Buy the same product.”
“Preston is the man. Was given a saw that was missing a few things so I brought it by to get parts. The new factory spec chain was binding up a bit, turned out the sprocket was not the one it came with from factory. He did some looking on computer and got me set up with what I needed. I felt the price was fair and had a good chat with him and another fellow while i was there. They also have some nice street and dirt powers sports gear.”
“We went there just once so far. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of Milwaukee products. (Impressive) The prices were pretty good in comparison to others.

“I showed up right before they closed to get a new fitting put on the end of my pw hose. They hooked me up no problem. The next day I went out and after attaching the hose to my sprayer, it went on so smoothly that I thought something was wrong. It just glided in there and worked flawlessly all day. These guys are awesome.”
“I purchased all new windows for my new home with this store and just purchased a new door with Sherrie. I have to tell you this woman was the most helpful, polite, and professional person I’ve dealt with in a long time. She called me back when she said she would and because of that my loyalty will stay with this store. I find the competition for this store (Lowe’s) is awful, overpriced, and relies on a reputation they built years ago but it quickly declining over time. I will stick with Home Depot because time after time I find their prices to be more reasonable and their staff to be more helpful and friendly, with Sherrie taking the lead. I haven’t been treated with such personalized customer service care in years! Let me tell you it felt nice bc at other stores your just a work order # and a profit to them. Thanks Sherrie!”
“Needed to buy decorative edging at Lowe’s this morning. The app gave me location but the edging I wanted was no where to be found. I asked an employee, Connie, for assistance. She stopped what she was doing, (watering the plants), and very kindly assisted me. She too searched everywhere but instead of giving up so she could get back to watering the plants, she reached out to another employee Isaiah, to help. He finally found them on the highest rafter where no one could have easily seen them. Together Connie and Isaiah retrieved them for me. It was cold and windy and could have easily blown me off, but they didn’t. Kudos to both of them for helping me get what I wanted. Exceptional service all the way around!”
