“Due to the wear & literal tear, I needed my band remade. I was hoping to get a thicker/wider band for comfort and style. I went to J & J to get a second opionion. Robert sat down with me and listened very carefully to my questions/concerns. Another jeweler in King said ithe job would be very difficult to do to keep the curve of the solitaire. Although she did offer to try for $300.00 more than J & J. Not only did I get a beautifully reconstructed ring, it was for almost half the price! And it was returned two days earlier than expected. Wow!! That's the way to do business!”
